Step 1
Determine the approximate budget of your project.
If it is less than $1,000,000, move to Step 2A.
If it may exceed $1,000,000, please skip to Step 2B.
Step 2A
To initiate a project under $1,000,000, use the Project Initiation Request form.
Once you have completed this form, please wait to hear from one of our staff members.
*Please note that only UA faculty/staff can initiate a project, and the form requires an Everest login.
Step 2B
In adherence with Board Rule 415, projects over $1,000,000 are considered to be capital projects that require approval by the Board of Trustees.
If your project may exceed $1,000,000, complete the Project Initiation Request form.
